This survey allows you to anonymously tell us a little about your family's make-up and what challenges impact your family or teaching experience with a child or adult with an autism spectrum disorder. We hope to gather enough data to help us better select family activities, community awareness, educational and legal assistance that best meet the needs for what is most important TO YOU.

Anonymous Data Collection
The data from this survey will be used to prepare local autism-specific childcare and young adult care. It is important that caregivers understand the various aspects of the different autism spectrum disorder behaviors and communicatioin needs, and be aware of any special medical care needs that our children have.
Needing childcare, whether for running out to do errands, having to work, having a child home sick from school, school vacations, unplanned snow days...many of us worry about not having someone available in a pinch that "gets it" and who is prepared to keep our kids safe and who understands without judging their sometimes odd behaviors, sensory needs, and moods. Your input will help guide us to work out the best type of training so that we can offer a pool of autism caretakers.
